Q: Are there any hidden Costs?
A: No! All prices quoted upon request are final, and valid up to a maximum of 6 months. If you decide you are not quite ready to start the ball rolling, you can be confident in knowing that are price wont change for at least 6 months from the date of quoting.
Q: What if i decide during the design process i need some extra things added?
A: If at any time during the process you decide you need some extra work added, we will quote a price for that extra work and it is valid for the same period outlined above. It is then your choice whether to agree or not.
Q: Some sites quote me anything over £1000, how are you so cheap?
A: We keep our costs low because we understand that in todays market, not everyone has money to burn, in order to earn an income they first need to be in a position to actually earn an income! we also feel that our work will promote more business for us, so we do not expect you to raid your bank balance just to get up and running
Q: Will my site be splashed with advertising or promotions without my consent?
A: No! The only advertising that will be displayed on your site, without your request will be our own name as a simple text link, at the very bottom right of your site. It will in no way inpact on the look and feel of your site, or distract anyone from concentrating on your website. All we ask is that our link be placed so we may receive referals and Search Engine Backlinking.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Cash, Cheque, Credit/Debit card as well as paying via Paypal. Any orders placed by cash will need to be sent to our address in a recorded delivery envelope as proof of postage. We are not responsible for any monies missing in post if you fail to send it in the correct manor. If you wish to pay by Cheque, work will not start until the cheque has cleared in our account.
Q: What are you payment terms?
A: We offer a payment term of two payments. The first half of the cost upfront, and the second when the work is complete.
Q: How do you avoid customers not paying the final amount if you have already done the work?
A: All sites designed by Moonlite Solutions are designed initially on our own temporary web address, once we receive final payment, we move all website files to your own host/domain. If final payment is not made by the date in which is set in our contract. We reserve the right to keep the initial payment for work already done.
Q: Can i get a refund if i decide i no longer want the website?
A: No. Once you have agreed to the contract, and/or the initial cost has been paid, there are no refunds, and you ARE liable for final payment upon completion.
Q: I have my own web host and domain name, do i need to buy them from you also?
A: Of course not!, web hosting and domain name registration is an extra service we provide, you are not required to buy these from us. Once the work has been completed we will move all files over to your own host.
Q: I am interested in having a website made by you, what do i do now, and what do you require from me?
A: We require
- You to contact us regarding your needs.
- Once you accept us to carry out the work, we will need the first initial payment to be paid as soon as possible.
- If you have your own web host, we will require login access so as we may upload your finished website.
Q: What is your bank details so I may pay you?
A: Our bank details will be given to you once you accept and agree for the work to be carried out. To minimise fraud, we do not display bank details on this website.
